This year's FTHB in Ghana seminar is in partnership with The Diaspora Affairs - Office of the President, Ghana National Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GNCC), Ghana Investment Promotions Centre (GIPC), Diaspora African Forum (DAF) and endorsed by Beyond The Return (an initiative of the Ghana Tourism Authority). It is scheduled as a listed event for this year’s official 'December in Ghana' events. The seminar will be held on Thursday 7th December, 2023 at the office premises of E.Wells Realty & Consultancy, between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

The First-Time Homebuyers in Ghana seminar holds great importance as it addresses the specific needs and challenges faced by diasporan individuals seeking to purchase their first homes. The diasporan community, comprised of individuals who have migrated or have ancestral ties to their home country, often encounter unique circumstances when navigating the real estate market in their host country. This seminar aims to provide them with essential guidance, information, and access to resources tailored to their circumstances, empowering them to make informed decisions and achieve their homeownership goals.
